i found your system calculate twice the credits if I activated one camera failed.
take a look at my devices list or the attachment snapshot.

how to record at 50-60fps?

Hello.
I have installed your CL Eye driver. But for some reason it doesn’t allow to record at 50 or 60 fps.
Nothing changes if I’m going to Capture > Set framerate… in “CL-Eye Test” and specify the desired framerate there. And if I then restart this application it pops up warning window:

80070057: Cannot set frame rate for preview

If I go to Options > Video capture pin… instead, there’s just 4 variants in the list (combinations of 640x480/320x240 and 30fps/15fps) and no way to set it to 50 or 60 fps.

If I try to define fps from a 3rd party application (I’ve tried several of them) then the same dialog appears (as in Options > Video capture pin… in “CL-Eye Test”) and again I can’t set fps to desired value.

Is this driver capable of recording at 50 or 60 fps at all? (50 is preferrable)

And, by the way, PS Eye is capable of recording at even higher framerate: 120fps @ 320x240. Does your driver allows to record at this format (or, which is better, at 320x240 @ 100fps)

the first time i installed cl eye drive to use my ps3 cam i had a very good image, you can check this video recorded with it http://vimeo.com/29525648 . But this week i had to format my pc, and now my image is bad and with a lot of noise, i couldnt figured out why. Please help me.

Haven’t got my credits

Dear support team,
I bought a packs of credits (total 8 credits $60), your team had sent email said"We have successfully processed your order, ” and Paypal shows that you have received my money. But credits don’t show up CL-Eye Device Manager.

“First I tried purchasing from the web site directly, then tried using the “Add Credits” button in the CL-Eye Device Manager.
After buying four credits, I still see 0 available credits in Device Manager.
Maybe this was caused by the issues I had setting up and account. I first tried setting up a new account, but never got an activation email after waiting a couple of days. So, I used my Yahoo account.
Device Manager authenticates using my Yahoo credentials and that’s where I did the purchase of the last two credits. But, they still don’t show up and I can’t activate my cameras.

I sign in with yahoo account too, but now I change my ursername to zhangyang. However I still can’t find my credits.
Our team needs them in such a hurry, Could you help me?

Is camera activation based on it’s UUID and not Windows, etc.? Will I loose my credits if i reinstall windows or use same camera on another PC?

How to activate the Device (CL-Eye Platform Driver) / Get the credits?

I’m sorry to say that I feel really dumb but it’s not explained anywhere here on site HOW to activate the CL-Eye Platform Driver or get the credits? I’m at CL-Eye Device Manager screen, logged in and I can see my PS3Eye attached but when I select activate the popup window tells me I have no enough credits and then takes my to your product page without a single word of explanation WHERE or HOW to get the credit. There is no even such option under CL-Eye Platform Driver, only for CL-Eye Platform Packs. Do I need to purchase packs to be able to activate / use just the driver?

Camera works fine in CL-Eye Test applicatoin but indeed it’s not visible by any other Windows application as it’s not “activated”. Don’t think it’s really important but I’m runing Windows XP SP3 and have the latest version of driver installed.

(Oh - and the text on the activation button in the CL-Eye Device Manager is misspelled as “Actiavate”.)

Trouble receiving activation credits!!!

I did—and still can’t activate. For details, just search on the posts I’ve made.

It’s probably related to something getting confused when I set up my account. Regardless, I can’t even get acknowledgement from an admin or replies to numerous emails to tech support.

It’s been almost two weeks, and I can’t even get an email reply for my $40.

Not asking much and trying not to get angry.

Possible to record with camera without computer?

Is it possible to record with the camera without using a computer?

I bought a double ended female USB adapter so I can plug my 16GB USB drive into one end and my PS3eye camera into the other end.

Would it be possible to record at high FPS using this type of method? Is there an alternative that doesn’t require a netbook, tablet, or a laptop to be lugged around?

Upgrade possibility?
